Hi there. I am Lori. Since 2016, I have partnered with high school and college students across the country to reach calm and emotional composure in the midst of personal and academic chaos.
I was once the exact college student, with the exact struggles, that I now have the privilege of coaching.
Foremost, I am an advocate for student mental health and overall wellness.
I am a strong proponent of keeping a school life-fun balance as a busy college student.
To me, and to most of my student clients, when you feel in control of your life in a healthy, productive way, your mental health becomes both the foundation and catalyst for your academic success.
With a background rooted in mental health (MSW), I really like helping students identify their strengths, values, and passions while using them to face daily challenges.

How we do it.
This 8 -moduled course is critical for new college students transitioning to college, and is remarkable for struggling college students. Current college students have access to all 8 skill areas of the courseas; however, we acknowledge each student's struggles are differential and therefore not all modules will apply.
I have been honored to connect with hundreds of high school and college students, from small private colleges to large universities all across the United States. This is truly why I wake up every day excited to help guide another student.
Besides a master's degree in social work - human development - I am a certified executive function coach, a certified life and wellness coach, hold certifications is mental health first aid, mindfulness, and trauma informed care, AND I deliver workshops, talks, as well as publish articles.
Outside of coaching, I am a mom, a wife, a sister, and daughter, a colleague, and a friend. I value fitness, nutrition, family, alone time, travel, nature, shopping, cooking, and writing.
