Executive Function and Academic Support Coaching
Some families prefer the security of having a personal coach for their student all semester. This selection covers the free 30 minute consult to get started, 10 one-hour coaching sessions - weekly over Zoom, 10 mid-week 15-30 minute check-ins, weekly student/coach correspondence, and (if selected) weekly session recaps. This price does not include parent consultation mid coaching contract.
We focus on designing daily habits and practicing executive functioning that supports managing time, managing stress, monitoring motivation, managing distractions, and focusing on task initiation and completion. This is much more than "time management coaching." This is the building of self-management in college.
This service guides students to look at the whole person (themselves) in the college experience all while producing- starting and completing tasks, managing mental health, living a healthy social life, and planning for the future.
