Collegiate Executive Function and Academic Support Coaching - 10 Sessions
Some families prefer the security of having a personal executive function coach for accountability and execution guidance for their student throughout the semester.
This coaching package is for the college student who has not been formally diagnosed with ADHD, but still struggles to self-direct and self-manage: prioritize, study, focus and attend, persist with daily and weekly goals, balance and manage time, and essentially to "do college" without overwhelm.
This coaching selection includes the free 30 minute consultation, 10 one-hour personalized coaching sessions - weekly over Zoom, 10 mid-week 15 minute check-ins, weekly student/coach correspondence via text, and (if selected) weekly session recaps. NOTE: We will monitor the necessity for the full hour of coaching each week, as some students like to meet only 30 minutes each week versus the full hour. The student and coach will decide this together.
This price does not include an in-person parent consultation after 4 sessions.
We will focus on designing daily habits, flexible routines, and systems that will "frame" and support managing time, managing stress, monitoring motivation, managing distractions, and initiating and completing daily and weekly tasks. This is much more than "time management coaching." This is the building of self-management in college.
This service guides students to look at the whole person (themselves) in the college experience all while producing- planning, starting and completing tasks, goal directing behaviors each day, externalizing for working memory, regulating emotions, maximizing focus and attention, managing mental health, living a healthy social life, studying, and crafting the future.
Please NOTE: This service IS NOT for the ADHD brain student. See other services.
