I am Lori, the founder of Students Stress Less Coaching LLC. For the last six years I have helped college students (and high school students) across the country effectively and successfully manage the stress and anxiety of school. The demands and expectations of college life are too many to pinpoint, but the first thing we do in coaching is to identify what areas of daily functioning are causing you to struggle.
Throughout the coaching process, we collaborate on how to self-manage. We grow your time management skills. We improve your study and wellness habits. We help you build social connecting skills. We prepare you to build personal boundaries as you strengthen your confidence. We practice regulating difficult and uncomfortable emotions associated with the rigor of college life. All of this, with success, improves your academics.
The program we use is called Everything but Books - 8 Necessary Skills to Surthrive College.
With my background in mental health (MSW) and years school systems, I know the emotional, mental, and developmental life skills you need to surthrive college. Using the coaching skills of two life and wellness coaching certifications, I partner with you to grow these skills. Are you ready?
