Get College Ready with ADHD- a virtual downloadable introductory self-pacing course. Available June 15, 2026.

$399.00

This 4 module self-paced course is for any college student going to college with an ADHD brain. This course is mainly educational about how best to support this brain type in a learning environment that has expectations more aligned with the neurotypical brain. This is a great course for college freshmen and families to do together the summer before freshman year.

Evidence-based research says the four main ways to "treat" the ADHD brain are:

  1. medication
  2. education
  3. therapies (DBT, CBT)
  4. environmental supports such as coaching and campus accommodations

Most of this course is made from the teachings of the leading researchers, physicians, and PhDs in the United States such as Rus Barkley, Ari Tuckman, Peg Dawson, Bill Dodson, Ed Hallowell , Richard Guare, Megan Neff, Stephanie Sarkis, James Clear, Jon Thomas, as well as prominent ADHD coaches and therapists, all of whom will be referenced.

By the end of these self-pacing modules, you will arrive on campus having a clear and comprehensive roadmap for supporting your brain type.

The course is designed through Power Point and is downloadable upon payment so you have access to it from the get-go. It is short but packed with content, resources, and links for more information.

The two most popular modules are Studying with ADHD and Common Struggles and Strategies.

"I was looking for a course to help better prepare my daughter for the transition from high school to college and Lori's College Prep Course was exactly what we needed. She met with my daughter one-on-one and walked her through practical, easy-to-apply study skills that will make a big difference as she starts college. The course is a great resource for any student who wants to feel more confident and prepared for what's ahead! I highly recommend Lori and her program."

"I really wanted to overcome some stress and anxiety that onset during my senior year of high school. Working with Lori my summer before college made my transition SO much smoother. I used the Get College Ready summer prep course, which helped me transition to my freshman year with time management and exam prep skills that most of my peers didn't. I felt so ahead! Thank you, Lori."

- College Freshman, Mooresville, North Carolina
"Lori Bender is a resource that EVERY parent should have for their Senior heading to college. The relationship that's built senior year carries onto college at a time when tools, stability, and insight are needed the most. This isn't just a random online coach. Lori is a mom and truly cares about each one of her student's mental, academic and social well-being as they're on their college journey. She provides an outlook and sounding board that is often needed at a time when your student is seeking independence from you, the parent. I cannot say enough about Lori and Students Stress Less Coaching. I came across a post on Facebook about her in 2021. Geographically we are states apart but the foundation of values is the same. Thank you Lori! I am truly grateful that my student has you in their corner!"
