Wellness is made up of 3 parts

Our complete and overall wellness combines the health and quality of our minds, our bodies, and our souls/spirit.  ​All three need to be balanced with equal energies flowing. Because wellness is constantly changing with the choices we make and circumstances, we have to consistently scan and assess to see what IS working for us and what IS NOT working for us.

With March being Nat'l Nutrition Month,​ ​​Carolina Lifestyle Coaching will feature some aspect of nutrition every day.  Credit will be given to all sources, while I will deliver professional coaching tips for establishing a new wellness story.  Most of this approach will come from the idea that ​in order to make lasting nutritional lifestyle changes, you need to let go of whatever self-limiting, self-sabotaging beliefs you hide behind or use as a crutch.  ​For instance, "I have a slow metabolism" or "My mom's side of the family has thick thighs", is self-limiting. 

​Join me and we will replace your old lived experiences with newly lived experiences.  Healthy change is always possible.
